Soccer Routine Kids - Useful Tips

Click Here To Know How To Play The Best Soccer of Your Life

Soccer routine kids is something that every coach has to deal with. The coach has to work hard in dealing with various discipline problems at the training session.

  • Proper Soccer Practice Behavior For Kids
  • Following are some of the things that coaches need to make sure regarding the discipline and behavior of the kids.

? All the kids must follow all instructions of the coach and of those who are assisting the coach in the training session.

? Kids must be attentive to what the coach has to say.

? No matter who wins or loses, the ethics and dignity of the game must be followed.

? There should be no swearing or name-calling.

? Do not allow the kids kick the ball until you tell them to do so.

  • Using Whistle
  • Whistle is an important equipment for soccer training and every coach must use the same in order to get attention from the players.

  • The Training Session Is Not An Academic School
  • It is very important for the coach to understand that the soccer coaching is different from the way classes in academic schools are held. Kids come for the training session with an intention to have fun and play. If the coaches will make the game look very serious, the kids will not enjoy the same and this may result in various disciplinary issues.

Therefore, if you want the kids to have their interest in the game following all the disciplines, you must design the training session fun and engaging. Do not be too rigid, but do not be too light as well.

  • Do Not Teach By Lecture Only
  • You should teach everything through practice and interactive games and soccer drills, and not through the long boring lectures. Well, lectures are important, but you must keep it short and simple. Again, there should be no lecture in the middle of the game.

The right time for the lecture is the beginning of the session or in different breaks. Majority of the training session must be in the form of a keep-away game or cone drills. Explain the drills briefly, and then let them run around and play

The more the training session will be interactive, fun and engaging, the les you will have to deal with the disciplinary issues. Thus, soccer routine kids can be easy to deal with if you take care of the little things as discussed.

Soccer Camps Go Global - Language Immersion Travel Camps Expand the World - View of Young Players

In the past twenty-five years, soccer has become the most popular youth sport in North America. Many of these young players have carried their love of the sport into adulthood, resulting in the debut of Major League Soccer, America?s first professional soccer league, in 1996.

Youth and professional soccer in the U.S. continue to grow more popular and more competitive, increasing the demand for specialized soccer training programs. Many of these programs offer training abroad as a way to tap into the fiercely competitive international soccer scene. The best of these soccer camps offer more than world-class soccer training. They foster cultural diversity, maturity, and independence in young soccer players.

Unique experience for young soccer players

Soccer camps have become available in countries around the world. Locations like Spain, France, China, Brazil, Greece, Holland, Italy and Germany have opened their doors to American soccer players. An international soccer program has recently opened in Israel as well. These international camps combine professional soccer training with a full-immersion language experience.

Camps can range from 2 weeks to several months. Young soccer players can live and train under constant supervision while learning to appreciate the unique culture of their host country.

Security: A must for travel abroad programs

If you are considering an international soccer camp for your child, safety should be a big concern. A good international soccer camp will have a clear security plan in place. In Israel, for example, EduKick students will train in safety at Kannot Youth Village, a secure, gated, educational and agricultural youth facility. Professional security will be provided 24/7 and accompany the players on all outings.

    Full-immersion language instruction

The time young players spend at camp should be more than a vacation. An important part of the soccer experience abroad is learning foreign languages. Hearing and speaking another language constantly is the best way for your child to gain bi-lingual fluency. Bi-lingual instructors, competition with foreign teams, and structured language classes are integral parts of the EduKick experience.

    World-class soccer training

Of course, the ultimate goal of a soccer training camp is top-notch soccer training. Look for highly-educated, experienced coaches with coaching credentials. The best coaches have experience playing at the professional level also.

The international field is highly competitive, offering a level of training that is unmatched in the U.S. When choosing an international soccer camp for your child you should accept no less than the best in soccer coaching. Look for international soccer training that focuses on strength and conditioning, technical precision, tactical development and sports psychology.

Enriching the lives of young soccer players

EduKick founders, Joseph Bilotta and Corey Zimmerman, traveled to Europe with their soccer team mates as teenagers, inspiring them to open soccer training camps all over the world as adults.

Remembering their travel abroad experience, Bilotta said, ?I remember feeling a sense of confidence upon returning home, I knew that I was wiser and it made me feel special."

EduKick international soccer training can have the same impact on the life of your child. Visit EduKick's Website today to find the perfect international soccer camp for your young player.

Click Here To Know How To Play The Best Soccer of Your Life

Soccer is fun, for children and adults. It is easy and so much fun to play that you really have something great to look forward to, even those that do not know how to play soccer. You will learn in no time.

Play for fun, with your friends or on a team. The most important is that you focus on how fun it is to play.

You can play one on one, with a friend and all the way up to 11 against 11, with a judge and two lines men or woman.

If you refer to how the game officially is played, on a soccer pitch, then 22 players, 11 on each team is the basic rule.

The pitch is like 64 meters wide and about 110 meters long. On each end of the 110 meters, there is a goal where the main purpose of the game is to kick the ball inside the net of the opposite teams goal.

Each team has a goal keeper that is aloud to use his or her hands to save the ball.

The goal keeper has an area of 16 meters from the goal where he can keep the ball in his hands. However he has to kick or throw the ball away, preferably to a player on his team, before he has kept the ball in his hands for 7 seconds.

A standard line up is 4-4-2. That means that a team has a lineup of 4 defenders, 4 midfielders and two attackers.

When your team has the ball in their possession it is a team effort to try to pass the ball, dribble and shoot the ball in the back of the net of the other teams goal.

The same team effort is put forth to try to stop and win the ball back when the opposition has the ball and trying to put the ball in the back of the net behind your own goal keeper.

If you would like to know how to play soccer just for fun, it can be done everywhere, just make two goals of stones or two t-skirts or what ever. Divide the player into two team and start playing.

Remember, one of the ground rules, is that it is only the goal keeper that are aloud to use his hands.

You can even play by yourself, by training your self to be a better dribbler or to pas the ball, or to juggle the ball for better control.

All in all, how to play soccer is a very broad question but playing soccer can be done by everyone everywhere.

    Youth Soccer Drills

There are several things that the coaches need to keep in mind while giving lessons to the players during youth soccer drills:

    Receiving The Ball

When it comes to youth soccer drills, there are several key teaching points in receiving the ball. These key points are as follows.

  • The coach must teach the players about how to get in the line of flight of the ball.

  • The players should learn to present the body part to the ball the right and the impressive way.

  • One of the most important things for the coaches is to teach the players that they must have their eyes on the ball at the moment of contact.

  • The coach should teach the players that they should Cushion the body part while receiving the ball, just as if they are as in catching an egg.
  • How To Strike A Ball

It is very sad to see that many coaches do not teach the players the correct way to strike a ball. The right way of striking the ball is something that can make the ball to go straight in the air with velocity.

It is the duty of the coaches to teach the players about this technique in a correct way. One of the best methods that the coaches can use to show this technique to the players is to show them NFL place kickers or MLS goalkeepers taking a goal kick.

However, these techniques can be listed as follows.

  • The players must keep in mind that the ball should be out of their feet. The obvious reason is that they will not be able to kick the ball over distance if it is underneath them.

  • The player?s approach must be slightly from the side.

  • A long hop or driving step is the final step, which places the support foot alongside the ball. The coaches should teach the players that their support foot must point towards the target. What is more, head must be steady, and eyes must be on the ball. Further, the player?s left hand should point at the target.
  • Coaching youth soccer drills is an important task and it must be taught the correct way.

    Soccer Training Drills

Click Here To Know How To Play The Best Soccer of Your Life

When it comes to soccer training drills, it is very important for the coach to teach the players about how to make the ball do what the players want. Yes, that is possible, but through extensive training and only an expert coach can help the team achieve this impressive skill.

  • Go In A Cycle
  • The coaches should teach the players to go in a cycle. This means left and then right foot, then right thigh and then left thigh, and then hitting the ball up to their head and back down to their right foot and then left and so on.

You can teach them how to make various cycles. They can do so by choosing where the ball goes, and not just keeping the ball up in the air, but manipulating the ball on their terms.

The expert coach makes his team learn that it does not really matter much that how many times the players can juggle. What really matters is whether the players are capable enough to make the ball go where you want it.

  • Manipulating The Ball Even More
  • Once the players are well versed with the above step, the coaches can teach them the advance steps, such as manipulating the ball even more. In this step, the players are supposed to aim for kicking the ball away from them to the right.

After that, they should kick the ball away from them to the left. They should be able to do so at a slight angle in the air, almost as they are faking going to the right and then the left but all in the air.

Here, the training of the coaches will be on test because the players need to lean their body to the side in which they are kicking the ball.

Once, you see significant improvement in the team regarding the above two steps, you can go ahead and teach the players how to try walking and juggling with the ball.

Soccer training drills is not an easy cake, but when you keep certain things as discussed above in mind during the training session, you can make things easier.
